Welcome to ATSCVScore (the "Service", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "user") and ATSCVScore, a sole proprietorship owned and operated by Karim Aly Abdel Hamid Gomaa, registered in the Red Sea Governorate, Egypt.

By accessing or using https://atscvscore.org or any related services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Our Services

ATSCVScore provides AI-powered tools that analyze, score, and rewrite curricula vitae (CVs/resumes) to improve their compatibility with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). The Service is primarily targeted at job seekers in the Gulf region (Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar) and globally, with support for English and Arabic content.

The Service includes, but is not limited to:

• Free CV analysis and ATS compatibility scoring
• Paid AI rewriting of CVs to improve ATS compatibility
• AI-generated cover letters based on uploaded CVs and job descriptions
• Downloadable optimized documents in DOCX and PDF formats

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

You are also responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with all laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.

4. User Identity & Orders

ATSCVScore does not currently require you to create a user account. Each purchase is identified by a unique order ID generated at the time of upload. You are responsible for keeping your order ID and any related access links secure. We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to safeguard this information.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Upload CVs or content that you do not have the legal right to use
• Upload CVs containing fabricated, fraudulent, or knowingly false information
• Use the Service to apply for jobs under a false identity
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract our AI prompts, models, or proprietary logic
• Use automated scripts, bots, or tools to access the Service in bulk
• Attempt to overload, disrupt, or compromise the Service's infrastructure
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service or its output without our written permission
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

Violation of this section may result in immediate termination of your access without refund.

6. Payments & Pricing

The full AI optimization service (rewritten CV + cover letter) costs $9.99 USD as a one-time payment. This is not a subscription. You are charged once per order; there are no recurring fees, no auto-renewals, and no hidden charges.

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our third-party payment processor. Lemon Squeezy acts as the merchant of record and handles all card data, taxes, and compliance. ATSCVScore does not see, store, or process your full payment card details.

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Your local currency conversion is handled by your card issuer or payment provider.

7. Refund Policy

You may be eligible for a full refund if any of the following occur within 7 days of your purchase:

• The Service failed to generate your optimized CV due to a system error
• Your downloadable files (DOCX or PDF) are corrupted, empty, or unreadable
• You were charged but did not receive access to your report page
• The Service was unavailable for an extended period after your payment

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

• Dissatisfaction with the AI's rewriting style, word choice, or formatting
• Presence of [VERIFY] tags in the output (these are intentional — see Section 8)
• Not receiving job interviews or job offers after using the Service
• Failure to read these Terms or the Privacy Policy before purchasing
• Change of mind

To request a refund, email support@atscvscore.org with your order ID and a clear description of the technical issue. Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds are processed via Lemon Squeezy and typically appear within 5–10 business days.

8. AI-Generated Content & [VERIFY] Tags

ATSCVScore uses third-party AI models (currently provided by Anthropic) to score and rewrite CVs. You acknowledge and agree to the following:

• AI does not invent data. Our system is intentionally designed to never fabricate experience, certifications, dates, or quantifiable achievements. Where information is missing or unverified, the AI inserts [VERIFY] placeholder tags.
• You are responsible for filling in [VERIFY] tags with accurate, truthful information before submitting your CV to any employer. Failure to do so will result in an incomplete or inaccurate CV.
• The "ATS-Optimized by ATSCVScore" footer marker is embedded in rewritten CVs to prevent re-processing artifacts. You may remove it before submitting your CV to employers.
• AI output may contain errors, omissions, or stylistic choices that do not match your preferences. This is not grounds for refund.
• You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving the final CV before submitting it anywhere.

9. Disclaimers & No Guarantees

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
• Any guarantee that the Service will result in job interviews, job offers, or career advancement
• Any guarantee that your CV will pass any specific ATS, recruiter, or hiring manager
• Any guarantee of uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation

We are not a recruitment agency, career counselor, or licensed advisor. The Service is a tool, not a guarantee of employment outcomes.

10. Intellectual Property

Your content: You retain full ownership of any CV, job description, or personal content you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process this content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

Our content: All software, design, prompts, branding, logos, and underlying systems of ATSCVScore are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

AI output: The rewritten CV and cover letter generated for you become yours to use as you wish, subject to these Terms. We do not claim ownership of the final document delivered to you.

11. User-Submitted Reviews

After purchasing the Service, you may submit a review on the report page. By submitting a review, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, edit (for length and clarity, not substance), and promote that review on our website and in marketing materials.

All reviews are subject to manual approval before being published. We reserve the right to reject or remove reviews that contain offensive content, personal attacks, spam, false claims, or content unrelated to the Service. We do not publish or alter reviews to misrepresent your experience.

12. Privacy & Data

Your privacy is important to us. Our handling of your personal data, uploaded CVs, and job descriptions is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

In summary: uploaded data is retained for up to 90 days, after which it is automatically deleted. You may request earlier deletion by emailing support@atscvscore.org.

13. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on the following third-party providers:

• Anthropic — AI processing for scoring and rewriting
• Lemon Squeezy — Payment processing (privacy policy)
• Railway.app — Hosting and persistent storage
• Cloudflare — DNS, security, and email routing
• Namecheap — Domain registrar

We are not responsible for the policies, performance, or actions of these third-party providers. Their respective terms and privacy policies apply to their portions of the service.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Our total cumulative liability to you, for any and all claims arising out of or related to the Service or these Terms, is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (maximum $9.99 USD).
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to: lost income, lost job opportunities, lost data, reputational harm, or any business losses.
• This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise) and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ATSCVScore, its owner, and its service providers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your misuse of the Service
• Content you upload that infringes any third-party rights
• Your submission of fraudulent or fabricated information to any employer using output from our Service

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any reason we deem appropriate. Termination does not entitle you to a refund unless the termination was due to a technical failure on our side.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including liability, indemnification, intellectual property, and dispute resolution) will remain in effect.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

18. Dispute Resolution

Informal resolution: Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to first contact us at support@atscvscore.org and attempt to resolve the matter informally. The parties shall negotiate in good faith for a period of at least 30 days from the date written notice is received.

Arbitration: If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be finally settled by binding arbitration under the following terms:

• Seat of arbitration: Cairo, Egypt
• Language: English
• Number of arbitrators: One (1)
• Rules: The rules of the Cairo Regional Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (CRCICA), or as otherwise mutually agreed

The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties. Each party shall bear its own costs unless the arbitrator awards otherwise.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The general process is:

• Standard changes: We will provide at least 30 days advance notice by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where reasonably possible, by emailing recent customers.
• Immediate-effect changes: Some changes may take effect immediately without advance notice. These are limited to: security-related updates, urgent legal compliance changes, and changes required by court order or governmental authority.

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
